Shipping Policy

Orders placed by 2pm (EST) will ship the same day (except SAT & SUN). Allow 1 business day for processing and 2-3 business days for shipping. Processing for wholesale & custom orders takes approximately 7-21 business days. 

In the event you realize you made an error during checkout, please send an email with the following format: SUBJECT: Order Number 
BODY: Please indicate the error and what needs to be corrected.

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our facility, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. 

 

Once the tracking number is sent,  PRETTY BY PURRP LLC, is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

  • If you have concerns about someone stealing your package because you may not be home, then you MUST request a signature  at checkout or arrange with your local post office to pick it up. We will NOT be able to replace any lost/stolen items. 

  • If you input the wrong address and your package has shipped, we urge you to contact your local post office immediately with your tracking number to attempt redelivery at the correct address. PRETTY BY PURRP LLC is not responsible if it is returned & you will be responsible for shipping fee.
